“ Absolute legend, so down to earth, and explained the process. Having had a cowboy round, I was advise on so much how to deal with booklice in my new build. Seems the whole of kensington is running alive with rats. Thankfully my problem has been dealt with. Rats were finding their way into my house via the sewerage system, which he blocked with a one way valve to ensure I don’t have rats in future”- Trisha“ Our loft space was taken over by a family of squirrels which seemed to have moved in from Clapham Common. At first we were quite happy to host these visitors, until things started going wrong. We woke up on Tuesday morning to a freezing cold house and no lights upstairs. We called out a plumber, but he couldn’t find a fault having checked the whole heating system and put it down to an electrical issue. We contacted our regular electrician. He found the problem, squirrels had chewed through several cables which led to us not having any working lights upstairs and no power getting to the boiler. He recommended we contact Pest Control London24 having previously encountered their workmanship. The pest engineer gave us 2 options for removing the squirrels, we opted for the trapping option as it seemed quite humane and the quickest removal option. All the squirrels were caught within 3 days and the entry hole subsequently closed to stop more from invading our home. Overall I was very happy with the service this company provided. They came to us on the same day, and the engineer was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. The removal worked to the T how he said it would. The birds that were happily living under the eaves overhang, along down pipes and resting on the railings wont come near my balcony.
