When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the pest or service you are asking about, your property type and your message. We also record the page you sent the enquiry from.
Please do not include sensitive information, such as health details, in the message box.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a price, arrange a treatment and keep a record of the job. We send you one email confirming we have received your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell your details.
Our legal basis is that you have asked us to contact you about a service, so we need your details to take steps before entering into a contract with you, and it is in our legitimate interests to keep a record of enquiries and work carried out.
Your enquiry is sent to us by email and is also recorded in the enquiry management system run by our website provider, Atlas Web Partners, which handles it on our behalf. Our email and website hosting providers store the data as part of providing their services. We only share your details with anyone else where the law requires it.
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need them for longer because of ongoing work or a legal obligation. After that they are deleted.
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tracking.
