Bed bugs are not a sign of a dirty home. They arrive in luggage, second-hand furniture and on clothing, and in Brent's shared houses and blocks of flats they can move from room to room and flat to flat before anyone realises what they are.
Our bed bug treatment is priced by the room. Call 0800 955 2347 and tell us how many rooms are affected.
Bed bugs are small, flat, reddish-brown insects that feed on blood at night and hide during the day, usually within a couple of metres of where someone sleeps. Most people only find them once the bites have been going on for a while.

Look for small dark spots on sheets and mattress seams, tiny pale shed skins, and in heavier infestations a sweet, musty smell. Bites alone are not proof — different people react very differently, and some do not react at all.
In HMOs and blocks, bed bugs travel along pipework, through gaps around sockets and on belongings moved between rooms. Treating one bedroom while the room next door is also affected rarely works, which is why we ask how many rooms are involved and why landlords and managing agents should be told early.

Do not start sleeping in another room — the bugs follow and the problem spreads. Avoid shop-bought foggers, which tend to scatter them deeper into the walls. And do not throw out the mattress without checking with us first; it often is not necessary.
Bed bug treatment in Brent is £220 for the first room and £120 for each additional room. A studio with one affected room is £220; a two-bedroom flat with both bedrooms affected is £340.

No. Bed bugs are carried in on belongings and have nothing to do with how clean a property is.
Check your tenancy agreement and tell your landlord or agent straight away. Whoever arranges it, early treatment is cheaper than a spread infestation.
We will explain what you need to do before and after treatment when you book.
Tell us how many rooms are affected and whether it is a house, flat or shared house.
