Furniture That Outlasts the Tenants

Settling Whether It Is Bed Bugs at All
Bites decide nothing on their own, since reactions vary enormously and a fair few people show no mark whatever. Strip the bedding, work along the piping of the mattress, then the frame joints, the back of a headboard fixed to the wall and the runners of a divan drawer. Ink-black spotting on the mattress or on the wall behind the bed is the clearest sign, with pale shed skins alongside it.

Booking Several Rooms Together
Where more than one room has signs, those rooms want doing in one go rather than one after another, and that needs a single person arranging access - normally the landlord or the agent, though a tenant can book their own room perfectly well.
